Are you an experienced Instructional Designer / Trainer looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a skilled professional to support the rollout of a suite of new software tools across multiple European markets.

About the Role
In Phase 1, you’ll collaborate with SMEs to document use cases, design engaging eLearning courses, and develop training materials in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and Microsoft SharePoint.
In Phase 2, you’ll deliver training sessions online and in person across Dutch, German, and optionally French-speaking regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop eLearning courses, simulations & quizzes (Articulate 360)
- Create documentation in Microsoft SharePoint
- Lead training sessions (online & in-person)
- Provide one-on-one support & moderate Teams discussions
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in instructional design
- 2+ years in training delivery (online & in-person)
- Fluency in English, Dutch, & German (French is a plus!)
- Experience with adult learning theories & instructional design models
- Experience with Articulate Storyline & Rise, SharePoint, Adobe products
- Experience creating software simulations & quizzes
- Background in financial services
