Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning courses and blended learning experiences aligned with curriculum and user needs.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including content updates, version control, and course archiving.
- Lead multimedia development, including storyboarding, video production coordination, and quality assurance of instructional materials.
- Apply educational technology and AI tools to enhance learning engagement and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content is relevant, accessible, and effective.
- Analyze learner data, conduct A/B testing, and continuously improve course effectiveness and adoption.
- Provide project updates and ensure timelines are met for e-course development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and developing online courses or instructional materials.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting customer training or educational initiatives.
- Strong understanding of instructional design models, adult learning theory, and learning experience design.
- Familiarity with curriculum development frameworks such as ADDIE.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred: experience integrating AI tools into instructional design, multimedia content development, and continuous improvement based on learner metrics.
- Base salary of $68,000–$71,000 per year, plus 5% bonus opportunity.
