  • Ensure courses meet brand, accessibility, and usability standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with training managers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to clarify objectives and shape content.
  • Develop and iterate on storyboards and prototypes based on feedback.
  • Facilitate reviews and approvals, ensuring expectations are aligned and documented.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Test eLearning courses thoroughly (functionality, navigation, scoring, media, and tracking) prior to release.
  • Document testing outcomes, issues, and resolutions to support future updates.
  • Manage learner feedback and support requests; troubleshoot issues and coordinate timely fixes.
  • Monitor completion and follow up with learners/managers to achieve a target 99% completion rate.
  • Analyze feedback, performance data, and support trends to drive ongoing enhancements.

LMS & Content Governance

  • Support the LMS intake process (request review, setup, monitoring).
  • Maintain accurate course library documentation, metadata, and records for all learning assets.
  • Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation for L&D activities tied to the program.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on expertise with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
  • Experience integrating and optimizing multimedia (graphics, audio, video, animation) within learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform QA/testing and resolve technical/usability issues.
  • Familiarity with LMS administration: course setup, enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple parallel initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on clear documentation.
  • Comfortable partnering with SMEs and cross-functional teams in structured, process-driven environments.
