Position Title – Digital Learning Specialist / LMS Administrator

Hourly Pay Rate (w2 Role) - $30.86

Contract End Date -12/01/2026

100% Remote

Flexible hours between 7 AM – 9 PM EST

part time role (20 hours/week)

Integration Specialist – Higher Education Platforms (Remote)


Overview


A leading higher education learning solutions provider is seeking Integration Specialists to join its Platform Integrations team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on supporting college-level faculty and administrators by providing guidance, training, and technical support to ensure successful Learning Management System (LMS) integrations and optimal use of digital learning platforms.


Key Responsibilities


• Conduct one-on-one and group virtual consultations to deliver training and support for LMS integrations.

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of digital courseware platforms such as adaptive learning tools, online assignments, and assessment solutions.

• Partner with sales and account teams to support customer retention and growth initiatives.

• Manage integration workflows for new and returning customers, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.

• Provide timely follow-ups and resolve customer questions related to platform integrations.

• Troubleshoot technical issues through research and cross-functional collaboration.

• Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and professional development activities.

• Support special projects and cross-team initiatives as required.

• Share customer insights and feedback to help improve products and services.


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer success, software implementation, or a related role.

• Experience working with major LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, or Moodle.

• Familiarity with higher-education digital courseware solutions.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to support users of varying technical skill levels.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset.


Preferred Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering-related field.

• Instructional design, teaching, training, or coaching experience.

• Professional portfolio or LinkedIn presence.
