Our client is seeking an AI and technology-driven Instructional Designer to create engaging e-Learning solutions.
Role Overview
This role is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for learning and technology to design new and enhance existing training products that support business needs. You will lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of eLearning, facilitated sessions, and other materials for new and existing business initiatives.
The expertise you bring:
Instructional Design
- Expertise in designing scenario-based learning and simulations.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and active learning methodologies.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Familiarity with learning measurement and evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model, ADDIE).
Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in creating custom templates and interactions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug Storyline issues effectively.
- Experience integrating JavaScript into Storyline for advanced functionality.
- Skilled at building complex branching scenarios and simulations.
- Proven ability to pick up and adopt new technologies with ease.
Multimedia Development
- Skilled in creating demo and tutorial videos (Camtasia, Synthesia, or similar).
- Proficiency in designing and editing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Applied AI Skills
- Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to support content creation, scenario evaluation, coding, design, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to experiment with AI to improve efficiency and enhance learning solutions.
- Demonstrated integration of AI tools into the instructional design workflow.
Soft Skills
- Able to quickly master new technologies and troubleshoot software issues.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for delivering best-in-class learning solutions.
- Dedicated self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to translate ideas clearly in written and visual formats.

Additional Requirements
- Available to work 40 hours per week.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate: $55/hr.
