About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Trainer & content author to design, develop, and deliver engaging training across insurance-related IT applications. You’ll assess needs, build content, deliver training (virtual & classroom), and drive adoption of new processes and tools across an international programme.


What you’ll do

  • Design and author end-to-end training programs, courses, and materials for the CRS Ecosystem International Programme.
  • Deliver workshops, classes, and seminars to audiences at all levels (online & on-site).
  • Run training needs assessments; close skill gaps with targeted solutions.
  • Measure effectiveness via assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; iterate for impact.
  • Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content.
  • Maintain programme induction & training sites so content stays current and useful.
  • Coach individuals needing extra support; aid change/adoption for new processes & apps.
  • Produce and maintain manuals, lessons, evaluations, and self-serve resources.


What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years on large-scale insurance/financial services projects; strong domain terminology.
  • Proven IT trainer & content creator background.
  • Excellent delivery skills (virtual & classroom) and stakeholder communication.
  • Comfortable working across countries/cultures; fluent English; FR or NL a big advantage.
  • Instructional design/training methodology certification (preferred).
  • Relevant IT certs (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)) highly desirable.
  • LMS/e-learning and self-help tool familiarity; strong problem-solving and adaptability.
  • SharePoint experience; meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team player who drives continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and deadline management.
  • Ability to tailor learning to different styles/levels and evaluate outcomes effectively.
