Accountabilities
- Lead and manage quantitative and qualitative marketing research studies from initiation to delivery.
- Translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to inform client decisions.
- Present research findings to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating results and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and consultative support.
- Mentor and manage Research Managers, guiding professional development and project execution.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure insights are aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field; graduate degree in marketing research or consumer behavior preferred.
- 5+ years of market research experience, with 2+ years in mentoring or managing research associates or analysts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to consult, influence, and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strategic and creative thinker with natural curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
