The Inside Sales Support and Operations role is accountable for managing and growing the company’s business in existing and new accounts by driving and leading improvements to our business operations in the Nordics. This position offers opportunities to lead strategic initiatives, manage tenders, and support sales execution across the region.

This position is part of the Commercial Sales Department and is a remote position based in the Nordics. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support and coordinate sales activities to achieve and exceed targets across the Nordics.
  • Maximize business opportunities and support revenue growth across the product portfolio.
  • Lead and manage tender processes and ensure contract compliance.
  • Promote menu utilization and expand presence in existing and new accounts.
  • Act as a stand-in for vacant territories and coordinate strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Field Application Specialists to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage the sales funnel and CRM data (SFDC) with best-in-class practices.
  • Contribute to a highly engaged and performance-driven team culture.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (Biology, Microbiology, Virology preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnostics sales or operations.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Experience working with a broad range of hospital stakeholders.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the Nordic region.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
