Job Description
Looking for an enthusiastic agent, with specialist knowledge in the field of telecom (fixed and mobile), who is prepared to answer complex issues from customers and/or internal and external stakeholders. You are stress-resistant, structured, communicatively strong, analytical, and able to correctly interpret customer questions so they are handled according to the coordinated process.
Experience Required:
• At least a completed MBO 4 ICT training and preferably HBO working and thinking level;
• SkillSet: Network, Cisco, OSI Layers
• Relevant work experience in technical services;
• Experience in telecom is a plus (fixed and mobile);
• Knowledge of fixed internet services is an advantage.
