What You Will Be Doing
- Design structured IT support workflows and scenarios with clearly verifiable outcomes
- Build tasks across helpdesk operations, identity and access management, and endpoint support
- Develop deterministic rubrics to evaluate system performance against expected resolutions
- Create and review IT artifacts such as tickets, runbooks, and incident reports
- Assess outputs based on accuracy, diagnostic steps, and resolution quality
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
- Strong experience in identity and access systems, endpoint management, or SaaS administration
- Strong experience in tools such as Okta, Active Directory, Intune, Jira, or ServiceNow
- Strong ability to create and interpret IT artifacts including tickets and runbooks
- Clear written communication with step-by-step reasoning and structured problem-solving
