Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of IT initiatives. This role will focus on coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and project tracking - playing a vital part in keeping programmes on track and aligned across teams.
Key Requirements
✅ 3–5 years of experience coordinating IT and/or finance-related projects
✅ Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams
✅ Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
✅ Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite
Role Responsibilities
🔸 Track and follow up on project action items to ensure timely completion
🔸 Organise and manage meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes
🔸 Act as a bridge between IT, Finance, and other business functions to maintain alignment
🔸 Support project reporting by preparing status updates, timelines, and critical documentation
🔸 Monitor project timelines and assist project managers in identifying and addressing potential delays
