Job Description
We are seeking an L1 Support Engineer to provide remote technical support for end users. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, VOIP), and hands-on experience with Active Directory, M365, and Azure AD.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote L1 technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot issues on Windows and Mac systems.
- Support basic networking topics (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, VOIP).
- Handle user management and access issues in AD, M365, and AAD.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents within SLAs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Experience in remote IT support.
- Good understanding of Windows/Mac OS and networking basics.
- Experience with Active Directory, M365, and Azure AD.
