As part of our growth, we are looking for a remote Influencer Marketing Specialist (Events and Gifting Manager) Intern.
Remote Gifting Strategy & Talent Matching
- Act as the main point of contact for remote gifting campaigns, strategically recommending relevant talent from our internal roster to partner brands.
- Coordinate product seeding workflows digitally, ensuring accurate communication between brands and talent from outreach to final execution.
- Track talent coverage (unboxing, product integration, reviews) and compile performance reports for brands.
Digital Event Planning & Brand Activations
- Proactively brainstorm and push for new, creative digital activations, remote event concepts, and online PR experiences.
- Handle full coordination on the talent side for upcoming events: manage invitations, secure RSVPs, and align talent schedules.
- Brief talent on event concepts, brand expectations, and specific dress codes or aesthetic guidelines.
Content & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and capture all live social media content generated by talent during digital events and gifting rollouts.
- Maintain internal databases tracking talent participation, engagement metrics, and campaign success.
- Assist in updating talent mediakits with fresh event-related content and updated analytics.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English.
- Currently studying or a recent graduate in Marketing, PR, Digital Media, or a related field looking for an internship.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and a deep understanding of the influencer landscape.
- Proactive mindset with a knack for coming up with fresh, out-of-the-box digital activation concepts.
- Proficient in Canva for creating mood boards, talent proposals, and digital event invitations.
- High organizational skills to coordinate multiple talents across different countries remotely.
- Strong aesthetic eye and a genuine passion for fashion and beauty.
