Role Overview
The Influencer Director owns the overall quality and performance of IRG’s campaign delivery.
As the agency grows, we are investing heavily in building a world-class delivery function. That means better campaign performance, stronger creator selection, better client retention, and a team that consistently raises the standard of execution.
The Influencer Director will play a central role in achieving this.
You will oversee the fulfilment side of the agency — ensuring that campaigns perform, creators are selected intelligently, and client relationships remain strong and long-lasting.
This role requires someone who understands the influencer ecosystem deeply. You should know what makes creators perform, what signals matter, and which creators should never be pitched.
You will lead our Campaign Managers and delivery team, ensuring they operate with strong strategic thinking, operational clarity, and high standards of execution.
At the same time, you will work closely with both Sales and Influencer Sourcing, ensuring that:
- Sales pitches the right creators (Performance being at the forefront)
- The influencer team sources the right talent
- Campaign delivery consistently drives client performance
This role sits at the intersection of campaign performance, creator strategy, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery Leadership
Own the quality and consistency of IRG’s campaign delivery.
- Overseeing all active campaigns and ensuring strong execution
- Ensuring creator selections are strategically sound and performance-driven
- Reviewing campaign strategy before launch when necessary
- Ensuring campaigns meet client performance expectations
- Maintaining strong internal processes for campaign fulfilment
You are responsible for ensuring IRG campaigns consistently deliver value for clients.
Creator Strategy and Performance Oversight
Act as the agency’s internal authority on influencer performance and creator quality.
- Understanding which creators consistently perform across markets and verticals
- Identifying poor-performing creators and preventing them from being pitched
- Developing frameworks for evaluating creators beyond surface metrics
- Improving how creators are sourced, evaluated, and selected for campaigns
- Working with the influencer team to strengthen the agency’s creator network
Your role is to ensure that IRG consistently works with creators who actually drive results.
Client Success, Retention and Relationship Stength
Own the overall health of client relationships within the delivery function.
- Monitoring client satisfaction and campaign performance
- Identifying early signs of risk (performance issues, misalignment, communication gaps)
- Supporting Campaign Managers in high-stakes client conversations
- Ensuring clients have clear campaign expectations and delivery clarity
- Protecting and strengthening long-term client relationships
The goal is simple: clients stay because campaigns perform.
Leadership and Team Development
Lead and develop the Campaign Manager and Influencer sourcing team.
- Coaching Campaign Managers on Influencer selection, strategy, communication, and execution
- Providing guidance on campaign planning, creator selection, and performance evaluation
- Conducting performance reviews and development planning
- Raising the standard of strategic thinking within the delivery team
- Creating a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability
Your job is to build a strong, capable delivery team that consistently performs at a high level.
Commercial Accountability
Play an active role in growing revenue within existing client relationships.
- Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within campaigns
- Supporting Campaign Managers in positioning additional creator partnerships
- Helping structure stronger campaign proposals when opportunities arise
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and profitably
- Ensure post campaign wash ups are done with value and intentionality
Strong campaign delivery should naturally lead to higher client investment and long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will work closely with multiple teams across the agency:
Sales Team
- Ensure the right creators are pitched during the sales process
- Support strategic campaign proposals when needed
Influencer Team
- Improve creator discovery and sourcing frameworks
- Ensure the agency’s influencer network remains high quality and is structured correctly
Operations
- Identify systems, processes, and campaign delivery efficiency
- Identify tracking systems and internal SLA’s for the team
Strategic and Operational Oversight
Provide senior oversight across the delivery function.
- Improving internal workflows across campaign fulfilment
- Strengthening collaboration between Sales, Influencer Sourcing, and Delivery
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and solving them
- Implementing frameworks and processes that improve campaign quality
- Bringing clarity and structure to a fast-moving environment

Salary Range & Benefits:

They will oversee the full delivery function while strengthening the connection between Sales, Influencer Sourcing, and Campaign Management, ensuring that:
- Sales teams pitch creators that genuinely fit brand objectives
- Influencer sourcing focuses on quality and performance potential
- Campaign managers execute campaigns with strategic clarity and high standards
- Clients experience strong results and long-term confidence in IRG’s approach
Over time, the Influencer Director will become the agency’s internal authority on creator performance.
They will shape how IRG evaluates influencers, challenge poor creator selections, and build frameworks that help the agency consistently identify creators who deliver real results.
