Accountabilities

As an Influencer Development Specialist, you will own the growth and engagement of a dedicated creator portfolio by building strong relationships, optimizing activation strategies, and driving measurable revenue outcomes. You will combine communication skills, data insights, and operational discipline to help creators maximize platform value.

  • Manage a defined portfolio of creators through CRM pipelines, prioritizing opportunities for activation and growth.
  • Execute structured outreach campaigns and personalized follow-ups to increase creator engagement, meetings, and platform adoption.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking creator interactions, pipeline progress, and performance activity.
  • Conduct 1:1 conversations with creators to educate them on platform benefits, monetization strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Guide creators through key activation steps, including setup, brand alignment, and initial revenue generation.
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on creator data, audience insights, and niche-specific opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with creators to encourage long-term engagement and revenue growth.
  • Drive measurable commissionable revenue growth by influencing creator behaviors and platform usage.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as activation rates, meetings booked, engagement levels, and revenue impact.
  • Analyze outreach performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with Campaigns, Lifecycle, and Revenue Operations teams to align creator opportunities and share insights.
  • Provide creator feedback and market observations to support improvements across product, marketing, and lifecycle initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of activation playbooks, outreach frameworks, and scalable creator growth strategies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines client-facing experience, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to building relationships and achieving revenue goals.

  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing, revenue-focused role such as Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar function.
  • Proven ability to influence behavior and drive results through direct communication, including phone conversations and email outreach.
  • Experience managing a CRM, pipeline, or portfolio of customers, partners, or clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect activities to measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly.
  • Strong understanding of social media, affiliate marketing, and the creator ecosystem.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and consistently follow through on commitments.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, creator platforms, or the creator economy is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong empathy, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
