Location requirement (important)
Eligible locations (must reside and invoice from): Switzerland, Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Applications from other locations will not be considered.
You’ll work remotely within an established environment in the personal leadership and personal development field, using proven programs, systems, and processes rather than starting from scratch.
What you will do (daily)
- Follow a clear onboarding and operational structure
- Hold focused phone/video conversations (no cold outreach)
- Participate in weekly group calls within an established professional environment
- Create and publish simple marketing content (posts)
- Learn and apply digital marketing basics (including ads) — training and support provided
- Use simple workflows and follow-up routines
- Engage in ongoing personal leadership development (for your own growth)
Who this is for
- Experienced professionals (not suitable for students or interns)
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Able to dedicate approx. 10–15 hours/week consistently
- Open-minded and willing to learn within a structured model
