SAM has been in Switzerland for more than 20 years and we have a solid foothold in the Swiss market.
As the business is growing, we are actively recruiting independent/freelance recruitment partners for the Swiss market.
What you would do:
- Using your network and/or sales initiatives, acquire new clients and assist them in their recruitment, search or HR services needs.
- Hold client meetings to acquire new business.
- Interview and present candidates to the clients.
Who you are:
- You have sales experience and you know what it takes to get the order.
- Ideally you have experience from a recruitment agency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- You are ready to work on commission only (proven market leading).
- You are a team player - we work remotely but we work as a team.
- Ability to manage workflow and time.
- Fluent in English and ideally German and/or French.
