As an Independent Business Development Consultant, you will work within an established framework designed to support program engagement, professional outreach, and client communication.
You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while operating within clearly defined systems and professional standards.

Core Responsibilities
• Implement structured digital outreach and engagement strategies
• Communicate with professionals seeking leadership and professional development opportunities
• Conduct structured phone and Zoom consultations with professionals exploring our education programs.
• Facilitate onboarding into professional education programs
• Participate in weekly professional development and strategy sessions
• Maintain high standards of professional communication and client care
Who We Are Looking For
• Minimum 7+ years professional experience in corporate or professional environments
• Background in Business Development, Consulting, Operations, Executive Support, Administration, or Project Coordination
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of self-management, accountability, and professionalism
• Interest in leadership development and professional growth
• Commercial awareness and long-term professional objectives
• Ability to commit 15–20 hours per week minimum
• Fluent English
