We are seeking an experienced recruiter with at least 1 year of experience, ideally in an international setting, to join our client’s team – for 6 months (with possible internalisation). You will be instrumental in attracting top talent and supporting our clients' recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct initial assessments and conduct interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
- Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
- Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
