The Role
You'll own the full arc of customer onboarding, from discovery and scoping through go-live. You'll lead agency stakeholders through workflow mapping, build their automations in Crux Studio, and configure Smart Pages to extract the data that powers everything.
This is a customer-facing builder role, not a developer role. You don't need to write code. But you do need to be genuinely comfortable with AI tools and excited to use them as a core part of how you work. We'll equip you with Claude Code, MCP integrations, and everything you need to build quickly and deliver real customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery sessions to map current workflows and define automation scope
- Build production workflows in Crux Studio across AMS, carrier, and data integrations
- Configure Smart Pages for intake forms, document extraction across DEC pages, COIs, applications, renewals, and more
- Manage implementation projects end-to-end: scoping, timelines, stakeholder communication, and go-live
- Use Claude Code and MCP-connected tools as a native part of your daily workflow
- Write and iterate on AI prompts and extraction logic alongside the Crux dev team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through their initial automation lifecycle
- Feed implementation patterns back into Crux's core platform and workflow library
What You Bring
- 3+ years in technology or implementation consulting
- Genuine comfort using AI tools, you've made them a real part of how you work, not just experimented with.
- Strong project management instincts, you can run a client engagement without being managed
- Clear communication across audiences, agency principals, and technical teams on the same day
- High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward figuring things out
- No coding required, but curiosity about how things work under the hood goes a long way

You're not implementing a finished product. Crux is evolving fast, and your implementation patterns directly shape the platform. AI tools are first-class here, not a side experiment. The insurance industry runs on enormous volumes of manual document work, and the automation surface area is vast and largely untouched. Small team, direct access to founders, short feedback loops. You'll build things that genuinely change how agencies operate.
