Accountabilities
- Advise clients on immigration laws, regulations, and best practices for work permits, visas, and residency applications.
- Manage end-to-end immigration cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.
- Liaise with government authorities, consulates, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex cases.
- Provide strategic guidance on relocation planning and mobility programs to optimize employee experiences.
- Maintain detailed records, track case progress, and provide regular updates to clients and management.
- Develop and maintain knowledge resources, templates, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Proven experience in immigration consulting, visa processing, or related mobility services.
- Strong knowledge of German immigration law and EU work permit regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
