This role is ideal for a creative illustrator passionate about storytelling through visual art. The project involves adapting a provided script into a compelling webtoon, requiring a strong sense of narrative pacing, character design, and panel composition. The illustrator will work remotely and collaborate closely with the script owner to ensure the adaptation captures the intended tone and style. This is a single-project opportunity with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Adapt a written script into a visually engaging webtoon format
• Develop character designs and consistent visual styles throughout the project
• Create detailed backgrounds, expressive characters, and dynamic panel layouts
• Communicate regularly with the project owner to review progress and incorporate feedback
• Deliver high-quality digital illustrations according to agreed timelines
• Prepare final artwork files suitable for webtoon publishing platforms
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in webtoon or comic illustration, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate scripts into visual narratives
• Proficiency in digital illustration tools such as Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, or Procreate
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Availability to commit to a project spanning more than one week
• Open to feedback and revisions as needed
