About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role blends operational excellence, employee support, and project leadership, shaping both day-to-day HR processes and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a trusted resource for employees, taking ownership of HR operations, onboarding, performance management cycles, and people data insights while driving continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Support & HR Operations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions, ensuring timely, thoughtful responses.
  • Own the onboarding experience, creating a seamless integration process for new hires.
  • Manage employee files and data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Manage all compliance and attestation cycles.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to streamline operations.


Employee Lifecycle & Engagement

  • Lead performance, talent, compensation, and other annual cycles, ensuring timely execution.
  • Support the development of HR best practices, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement.
  • Champion Microsoft Teams Praise initiatives, embedding recognition into company culture.


Project Leadership & People Data

  • Analyze and interpret key workforce data to build compelling narratives that highlight trends and opportunities.
  • Partner with HR leadership to translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance decision-making and drive organizational impact.
  • Manage HR dashboards, using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) to analyze trends.
  • Field ad hoc projects aligned with company growth objectives.

  • HR processes become scalable, efficient, and optimized through continuous refinement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Mid-level HR experience with autonomy in execution.
  • Strong critical thinking & communication skills—capable of crafting polished messaging.
  • Project management proficiency, ensuring HR cycles and initiatives stay on track.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with ability to generate meaningful insights.
  • Collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally with key business units.
  • Entrepreneurial adaptability, thriving in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.


Career Growth & Future Pathways

This role is structured for expansion into HR Business Partnering or HR Operations ownership, based on the individual’s long-term interests.
