Their no-code AI agents function as digital employees handling bookings, support, and customer interactions with seamless integration into CRMs, smart speakers, and enterprise tools. They are looking for a HR / Talent Specialist who has experience:
- General HR operations - HR legislation across various states and countries.. Experience working on KPI schemes, compensation packages, evaluation questionnaires and other similar functions with established team members
- 3-5 years experience in a software development company
- End-to-end recruitment (technical and business roles)
- Candidate pipeline management
- Onboarding
