Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow HRSD as a functional user or support partner
- Knowledge of configuring workflows, cases, knowledge content, and system updates within HR governance boundaries
- Experience with AI tools and automation in an HR context
- Supporting HR technology platforms from an HR perspective
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and supporting change management initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
- Relevant education or certifications in HR technology or related fields
- Provide day-to-day operational support for ServiceNow HRSD, including system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Maintain and update HR Knowledge Base content in partnership with Centers of Excellence to ensure accuracy and alignment with policies
- Monitor performance dashboards, analyze trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements, technical fixes, and development needs
- Analyze existing HR processes, identify pain points, and recommend automation or process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Lead small-scale HR process redesign projects, ensuring compliance, change management, and effective communication
- Document processes, develop standard operating procedures, and support adoption across HR teams
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation, partner with technical colleagues to explore feasibility, and support adoption
- Conduct audits to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Generate operational reports, analyze data, and provide insights to HR leadership and stakeholders
- Competitive salary ranging from $64,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
