Job Title: People Solutions Specialist (HR Operations)
Location: Fully Remote (East Coast preferred)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Duration: Contract through August 2026 (potential for extension or conversion to permanent )
Position Overview
The People Solutions team manages global employee lifecycle operations within Human Resources, focusing on delivering an efficient, high-quality employee experience.
The People Solutions Specialist will support employees across North and South America by managing HR-related inquiries through a case management system and UKG Pro HRMS. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional HR support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex employee inquiries through the case management system and email by effectively triaging and troubleshooting issues.
- Manage escalations in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Deliver a high standard of HR service and support to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with global People Solutions team members while following documented processes, operational procedures, and internal guides.
- Partner with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support a positive and consistent employee experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee cases and resolutions within the HR system.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Human Resources or HR Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with case management systems and HRMS platforms (UKG Pro experience preferred).
