2. About the Opportunity:
The Human Resources Operations Specialist will support the Payments division by ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding and day-to-day HR activities. This role is pivotal in partnering with employees and managers to deliver consistent HR support, guidance, and compliance. The position contributes by maintaining HR process accuracy, fostering trust through practical advice, and supporting the overall effectiveness of the HR function within the team.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure engagement and smooth entry
• Coordinate offboarding activities including exit documentation and system updates
• Act as the primary contact for employee and manager HR inquiries
• Provide coaching to managers on employee relations, performance discussions, and HR policies
• Support employee lifecycle events such as job changes and promotions
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence for accurate HR transaction processing
• Maintain data integrity in HR systems and ensure policy compliance
• Assist with HR initiatives, programs, and projects as needed
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, ideally in generalist or HR operations roles
• At least 3 years of experience in Leave Management
• Skilled in handling high-volume onboarding and offboarding
• Preferably experienced in employee relations and coaching managers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with HR systems such as UKG or Workday is a plus
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary range $60,000 to $110,000 USD
• Discretionary annual bonus opportunity
