Accountabilities
- Partner with management to implement HR strategies, coach leaders, and drive human capital priorities.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that supports engagement, well-being, diversity, and inclusion.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, management training, and professional development programs.
- Advise management on workplace issues, recommend actionable solutions, and support organizational growth and change management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices, and maintain governance over HR policies.
- Leverage HR analytics and dashboards to identify trends, track performance indicators, and recommend solutions.
- Support workforce integration for new business acquisitions and lead or contribute to special HR projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, talent management, and total rewards.
- Experience with HCM technology platforms; experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
- SHRM certification or other HR professional credentials are a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and deductive reasoning skills.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and ability to provide unbiased guidance in complex situations.
