Job Responsibilities
1. Quickly identify candidate profiles, independently handle recruitment for junior to mid-level positions.
2. Clarify recruitment needs, post and update job listings, collect and screen resumes, arrange and follow up on interviews.
3. Maintain internal and external recruitment channels, implement recruitment plans and achieve hiring targets.
4. Track and evaluate interview and offer results, update and maintain the talent pool.
5. Assist in the implementation of corporate culture initiatives.
6. Support other HR-related functions with recruitment as the main focus.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment (agency or in-house HR).
2. Solid experience in full-cycle social recruitment, with expertise in at least one recruitment module.
3. Proficient in common interview techniques and HR knowledge, familiar with labor laws.
4. Strong interpersonal understanding, communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, stress tolerance, proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
5. Working experience in the tech industry.
6. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
