2. About the Opportunity:
The Human Resources Generalist role provides critical HR operational support, contributing to the smooth functioning of workforce management and compliance efforts. This position is responsible for facilitating recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy communication. The role is essential to helping the organization maintain a compliant, engaged, and well-supported workforce, directly impacting overall organizational effectiveness.
3. Responsibilities:
• Administer key HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, and employee records
• Provide recruitment support and coordinate onboarding for new employees
• Communicate organizational policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Oversee vendors supporting HR processes and services
• Manage benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, FSA, COBRA, Worker’s Compensation, and leave administration
• Consult with managers and staff on employee relations, training, staff development, corrective actions, and issue resolution
• Support managers in setting goals and delivering performance feedback
4. Requirements:
• Knowledge of employee life cycle management from hiring to exit
• Understanding of compliance fundamentals and ability to stay updated on policy and regulatory changes
• Data-driven reporting skills to track HR metrics and provide insights for leadership
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and ability to leverage AI tools for data management and reporting
• Project management skills to prioritize tasks and achieve goals efficiently
• Strong communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through to manage multiple workflows
• Discretion in handling confidential information and adaptability to changing business needs
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary range: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00
