About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Foreman, AR. As a key member of our HR team, you will serve as a trusted resource for employees and management alike, supporting a variety of HR functions to promote a positive workplace culture and ensure operational excellence. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; however, equivalent experience will also be considered. A minimum of four years of HR experience across various functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, training, benefits administration, or compensation is required. Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies. Strong interpersonal skills, approachability, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to build trust within a diverse workforce are also critical. The role involves traveling up to 14% for meetings, site visits, and recruitment events, so flexibility and adaptability are important qualities for success.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a broad spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Promoting and maintaining a positive workplace culture by supporting employees and leadership with daily HR needs.
  • Addressing employee concerns with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality to foster trust and engagement.
  • Assisting in recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  • Representing the company at hiring events and community outreach initiatives with confidence and professionalism.
  • Supporting training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Collaborating with managers on performance reviews, goal-setting, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Managing leave administration processes, ensuring proper documentation and tracking for all employee leave requests.
  • Providing support for payroll, benefits, and compensation inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Maintaining HR data systems, generating reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Participating in special HR projects, policy updates, and continuous process improvements as needed.
