ole
• Orchestrate the full-cycle onboarding and selection process in collaboration with hiring managers to secure top-tier tal
ent.• Act as the subject matter expert for leave administration, managing FMLA, short-term disability, and complex workers’ compensation ca
ses.• Lead high-impact employee engagement initiatives and represent the brand at community activities and job fa
irs.• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, providing actionable insights that support strategic leadership decisi
ons.• Ensure total compliance with federal, state, and local legal regulations while overseeing workplace policy and conduct revi
ews.
What You'll
Need
• At least 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing enviro
nment.• Deep functional knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience is a major advan
tage).• Proven mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to leverage data for reporting and trend ana
lysis.• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly pref
erred.• Expert-level communication skills with a focus on high-touch customer service and employee rela
tions.
