Our vision is to be a bridge for students across various stages of life, fields, interests, hobbies, and professional goals to engage, exchange information, and encourage collaboration, with a primary goal of each person walking away from our events having either learned something new or earned a new long-lasting connection.
This role is an unpaid, volunteer role.
The core responsibilities include
Time Commitment 1 - 6 hours per week; dependent on what needs to be done - advance notice will be provided. Subject to change

- Recruitment, including onboarding, offboarding, and communication with prospective volunteers
- Supporting employee relations
- Additional ad hoc human resources tasks as needed

- Enthusiastic about the mission of H.AAPI
- Experience with human resources policies, recruitment, and employee relations
- Experience working at non-profit or startup is preferred but not necessary
- Have access to a laptop and a capable WiFi network
