About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with federal regulations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with employee records management, onboarding processes, payroll processing, and supporting various HR initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your HR expertise within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. You will work closely with the HR Lead and other departments to ensure a positive employee experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, and related communication tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, onboarding, and payroll processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate and process new hire onboarding through HRIS systems.
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions for all W2 employees.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records in compliance with federal regulations.
  • Perform I-9, E-Verify, and background checks for new hires.
  • Support performance management procedures and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in the administration of benefits, leave, and other HR programs.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate processing and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
