Arcadia is a non-profit organization that aims to share and spread academic content to people all around the world. It focuses on diverse sub-categories across all disciplines, from art, literature and history, to science as well as providing art contents on social media platforms. At Arcadia, the academic team consists of over 70 international writers and 218 members. Arcadia does write in many fields with Higher Education Academic level articles with the aim of sharing the knowledge our team has, to allow all the people around the globe to benefit from this knowledge without any charges or subscriptions.

Who We Are Recruiting For Position?
We, as Arcadia, are looking for people who are interested in the Human Resources department with supporting resumes for the position they are applying for. We will be hiring 10 people to our human resource department for the Human Resource Consultant position and responsibilities for this position will be as listed below:
In the capacity of a Human Resource Consultant within Arcadia, your primary responsibility will be to provide specialized assistance to HR Recruiters and HR Assistants. You will work closely with the HR Manager, conducting training sessions for new HR department members and organizing advanced training for the Human Resource Team based on your academic background at the Bachelor's or Master's level. Sharing critical information, skills, and knowledge from your own expertise will be central to your role, guiding team members in advancing their careers. You will also evaluate recruiters' interview performance weekly, contributing to their feedback and development. While you'll have autonomy in your work, collaboration with the assigned Human Resource Manager is essential. You will report to them, incorporate their advice, and seek final approval from the CHRO and CSO for necessary weekly activities.

Expertise in the field of human resources: As a Human Resource Consultant, it is essential to have a deep understanding and expertise in the principles and practices of human resources. This may include knowledge of areas such as recruitment, employee relations,and performance management, among others.
Experience conducting training sessions and leading advanced training for HR professionals: A key responsibility of a Human Resource Consultant is to lead and facilitate training sessions for HR professionals, both new hires and more experienced team members. This requires strong presentation and instructional skills, as well as the ability to design and deliver effective training programs that meet the needs of the audience.
Proficiency with data analysis and presentation tools: As a Human Resource Consultant, it may be necessary to analyze data and prepare presentations or reports to share with team members and other stakeholders. This requires proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with team members: A Human Resource Consultant must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with team members in order to effectively facilitate training and share knowledge and expertise. This includes the ability to establish trust and credibility, as well as the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to team members' needs and concerns.
Experience with employee onboarding and orientation: A key responsibility of a Human Resource Consultant may be to oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, which requires strong organizational and communication skills. This may include developing and delivering training materials, answering questions and addressing concerns, and ensuring that new hires have the resources and support they need to be successful in their new roles.
Experience with succession planning and talent management: Succession planning and talent management are important strategies for ensuring that an organization has the talent it needs to meet its long-term goals. A Human Resource Consultant should have experience in these areas, including the ability to identify and develop high-potential employees, and to create development plans and programs that help employees grow and advance their careers.
Expertise in employee development and career growth: A key responsibility of a Human Resource Consultant may be to support the development and career growth of HR professionals within the organization. This requires expertise in employee development strategies and the ability to create and deliver development programs that help employees advance their skills and careers.
What Are Our Requirements For The Position?
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Human Resource Management, International Relations or a related discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of human resources principles and practices, including recruiting, hiring, and employee relations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Demonstrated expertise in the field of human resources, acquired through a long and varied career in the industry
- Comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices that guide effective HR management and development.
- Proven ability to conduct training sessions and lead advanced training programs for HR professionals, leveraging strong instructional skills and a deep understanding of the subject matter.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools, including the ability to effectively interpret and communicate findings to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in managing the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, including the ability to design and deliver engaging and informative training materials.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide a team towards a common goal.

- Strong negotiation skills, enabling the ability to effectively advocate for the needs of the HR team and the organization.
