JOB OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, partnering closely with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational performance. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role supports leaders across assigned business verticals and is responsible for developing and executing talent strategies that strengthen organization effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee engagement.
Success in this position requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence leaders through data-driven insights and pragmatic people solutions. The HRBP will partner across the organization to develop and execute talent strategies that support growth, strengthen leadership capability, and enhance the employee experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner directly with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives, providing coaching, guidance, and recommendations on organizational and people-related decisions.
- Work strategically to diagnose business challenges, analyze workforce data, identify root causes, and recommend people solutions that drive organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Participate in leadership meetings as a trusted business partner, providing insight on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, and performance calibration processes in partnership with business leaders to build capable, diverse, high-performing teams.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to ensure the business has the talent and structure needed to achieve strategic goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance on talent development and capability-building initiatives across assigned verticals and the broader enterprise.
- Develop and lead enterprise-wide training, leadership development, and mentorship programs focused on strengthening leadership capability and accelerating high-potential talent.
- Leverage people analytics to identify workforce trends, assess organizational health, and influence leadership decision-making.
- Analyze employee turnover and retention trends, recommending and implementing strategies to improve employee experience, engagement, and retention.
- Provide advice and recommendations regarding Human Resources programs, policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Conduct and document investigations pertaining to employee relations matters, including harassment, discrimination, and other workplace concerns, in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Coach leaders through conflict resolution, performance management, corrective action, policy interpretation, and labor law compliance.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and long-term talent planning efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum 7-10 years of diverse and progressive Human Resources experience. Dealing with complex business and Human Resources issues (employee relations, coaching/counseling, change management, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop strategic working relationships with leaders and act as a strategic partner on all people-related decisions.
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%.
COMPENSATION
The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and other compensation programs.
