Human Resources Business Partner (Workday) | Contract | Financial Services

Randstad is partnering with a growing financial services organization seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leadership teams and strengthen people practices across the business. This role serves as a strategic HR partner, helping drive leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.


The position open to candidates located in the Central or Eastern U.S. time zones O N L Y.


Ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of true HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders, with expertise in employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and HRIS transformations, including partnering on Workday implementations from a people and change management perspective. Experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategy preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support business objectives
  • Coach managers on performance management, leadership development, and team effectiveness
  • Support organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
  • Partner on change management and organizational transformation efforts
  • Address employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Help strengthen HR programs and improve overall employee experience
  • Lead and contribute to HR initiatives that support business growth


Qualifications

  • Experience supporting and/or participating in HRIS implementation
  • Workday HRIS is required
  • 7 - 10 years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner experience
  • Experience partnering with corporate functions such as Finance, Accounting, or Strategy within multi-location or distributed organizations preferred.
  • Strong background in leadership coaching, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Experience supporting organizational change and business transformation
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven decision making
  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, etc.) a plus
