We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to support our HR department in delivering smooth and efficient HR services. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, documentation, and HR database updates.
- Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding materials, and ensure new hire paperwork is complete and compliant.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and ensure accurate tracking of attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with the organization of training programs, workshops, and internal events.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
- Handle general HR queries from employees and provide administrative support to HR leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role (internships welcome).
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, BambooHR).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
