About The Role
The HR Assistant at Analysis Group plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team by managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, including internships or prior HR roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in HR data and reporting
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to changing priorities
- An inclusive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work across diverse groups
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including assigning managers, assisting with staffing, and analyzing onboarding data
- Draft and prepare employee agreements such as separation, remote work, sponsorship, and temporary consulting contracts
- Support performance review cycles by preparing materials, scheduling meetings, and managing logistics
- Assist with firm-wide staffing processes, including preparing utilization reports and analyzing staffing surveys
- Monitor and respond to HR inbox requests related to terminations, transfers, remote work, and performance reviews
- Attend and document discussions during annual performance reviews and other HR meetings
- Coordinate and support HR programs and events, including workshops, cohort meetings, and onboarding sessions
- Provide operational support to HRBPs, including generating HRIS reports, conducting research, and performing basic data analysis
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee data across HR systems and ensure data integrity in all reporting
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement
- Competitive salary range of $50,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
