We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join a well established firm. The role can be performed full remotely after a short period over the first one to two weeks of visiting site approx 40 mins outside of Utrecht.
This role requires a hands-on HR professional with solid knowledge of Dutch employment law, able to confidently manage employment contracts and support day-to-day HR administration.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience
- Strong understanding of Dutch labour law & employment contracts
- Able to handle straightforward HR issues independently
- Experience maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding/offboarding
- Fluent Dutch & English
- Available at short notice preferred
