Abut The Role:

The Sr. Associate will be responsible for supporting the management programs, processes, and initiatives that will engage the ECI US workforce (and Costa Rica as needed). This role will collaborate with global HR team members on projects related to total rewards (compensation, benefits, etc.) performance management, engagement programs, HRIS reporting, compliance documentation, and logistics for training and development programs. This role bridges daily HR operations with strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance, smooth workforce processes, and a positive employee experience


What You'll Do::

Total Rewards Support

  • Support compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, market comparisons, and provide data inputs for analysis recommendations to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist in the annual compensation processes including merit increases, bonus program inputs, historic data tracking and data validation.
  • Support day-to-day benefits administration in coordination with brokers and vendors (health, dental, vision, wellness programs).
  • Support open enrollment planning, communication material preparation, and employee education.
  • Ensure benefits changes (new hires, terminations, life events) are processed accurately and on time.


Talent Development and Performance Management

  • Support ECI’s performance management lifecycle ensuring objectives are met by both employees and managers.
  • Maintain performance tools and systems and provide employee and manager support on their usage.
  • Monitor performance indicators and prepare summaries of trends, risks, and improvement areas for management review.
  • Coordinate logistics for training and development activities, including scheduling, attendance tracking, follow-up surveys, and reporting.


Talent Acquisition

  • Provide support to ECI’s Global TA team when needed during high-volume times of hiring. Support to include, but not limited to scheduling interviews, reformatting resumes to go to clients, etc.


Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and wellness activities that support a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Organize surveys, consolidate results, and prepare insights for HR Manager review.


HRIS & People Systems

  • Maintain data integrity in HRIS and HR related systems like (UKG and Deltek) and other AI tools and support configuration updates related to (someone who shows interest in working and optimizing the tools available)
  • Support with the building of HR dashboards and reports
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, digital records, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with Finance team on the maintenance of time and expense reports through Deltek.


Policy Development & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR documentation required for internal and external audits (ISO, Blue Flag, compliance reviews, MTSS as applicable).
  • Support policy updates, SOP revisions, and employee handbook changes in collaboration with HR Manager.
  • Support managers and teams with HR-related inquiries and process execution.


What We Look For:

  • Proficient experience with MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI, Project/Visio and Teams), HRIS system knowledge (or a similar HRIS system) Deltek,
  • Preferred minimum of 3-5 (three to five) years’ direct experience in a consulting or professional services industry. experience with human resources operations, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR compliance, people skills, employee relations.
  • Proficient knowledge of HR practices across compensation, benefits, performance, and engagement.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and ensure timely execution.
  • Proactive attitude and brings a sense of urgency to meetings and projects.
  • Demonstrates general curiosity for being part of the solution.
