The Principal HRIS Analyst at Osaic plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically focusing on Workday platforms. This full-time, exempt position is remote within the USA, offering a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $135,000 along with an annual performance-based bonus. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of HRIS functions, including system configuration, optimization, and integration. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with various stakeholders to implement scalable HR solutions that support business objectives. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills, particularly in Workday modules such as Benefits, HCM, Payroll, and Talent Management. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on Workday Benefits configuration experience, including Open Enrollment
- Workday Benefits Pro certification (preferred)
- Experience leading at least two full Workday Benefits implementations
- Proficiency in creating and editing business processes, reports, and dashboards within Workday
- Strong knowledge of benefits integrations with third-party vendors
- Experience managing benefits-related system issues, audits, and compliance with ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA regulations
- 3 to 5 years of HRIS experience with a focus on Benefits configuration and system optimization
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with end-to-end Workday initiatives from requirements gathering to deployment
- Configure and maintain Workday modules including Benefits, HCM, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Performance, and Recruiting
- Act as a subject matter expert for multiple Workday products, providing guidance and support to stakeholders
- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Workday to meet business needs
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions
- Triages and resolves issues related to end-user queries, business processes, and system integrations
- Create and update end-user documentation and training materials to facilitate system adoption
- Support system upgrades, configuration changes, release testing, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations such as ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA
- Lead Open Enrollment setup, testing, execution, and audits, ensuring a smooth process
- Manage benefits system integrations with third-party vendors and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HRIS solutions with organizational goals
