Position Overview:
The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the organization’s UKG system. This role ensures data integrity, manages system updates, and optimizes the platform to meet organizational needs. The HRIS Administrator works closely with People Operations, payroll, and IT teams to enhance workflows, generate insights through reporting, and improve overall user experience. By serving as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, this position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless business operations, compliance, and the effective use of technology to support business goals.
Job Duties/Functions
- Partner with various stakeholders within and outside of People Operations to gather, define and document functional requirements based on their workflow and processes.
- Test, validate, and deploy HR Systems configuration across different modules.
- Identify and resolve issues pertaining to system configuration, usage, and integration.
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Handle escalations from operations or payroll teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and work directly with UKG support on open items/issues.
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Confirm accuracy and maintain integrity of all data entered in HRIS.
- Respond verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems providing information requiring comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Provide monthly reports to management as needed.
- Keep a continued cadence of accountability and advise of improvements or changes needed for compliance, risk mitigation, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Review new features/functions and our use of said features for opportunities to improve/automate.

Required:
- Highly technical understanding of UKG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of HR information systems, including HR, Payroll, etc.
- Knowledge of HR processes and policies, including payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills while supporting multiple projects.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Customer service oriented.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $85,000 - $115,000 per year. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid holidays, open paid time off, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, mobile phone reimbursement and wellness reimbursement.
