Accountabilities
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational performance
- Ensure workforce effectiveness by optimizing talent allocation, productivity, and contribution to strategic and financial goals
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning, and offboarding
- Manage staffing levels to ensure the right talent is in place, with a focus on successful onboarding and retention
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a motivated and high-performing work environment
- Implement, monitor, and enforce HR policies, processes, and compliance standards across business units
- Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, efficiency, and payroll budgets to inform decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data and organizational needs
- Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact
- Monitor employee and manager satisfaction with HR services and continuously improve HR delivery
- 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Director role, preferably in fast-growing or investment-driven environments
- Proven experience working closely with founders, executives, and C-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of company growth stages and practical knowledge of organizational scaling and structures
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including performance management and talent development
- Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze HR metrics, including compensation, engagement, and retention data
- Experience working across multiple teams, entities, or business units in a global or distributed environment
- Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
- High level of resilience, adaptability, and ability to operate effectively in uncertain or evolving environments
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Russian
