About the Role
We’re looking for an HR + TA Coordinator who’s equal parts organized, proactive, and people-savvy — someone who loves both HR operations and recruiting. This role starts at 20 hours per week, with opportunities to grow to full-time.

What You’ll Do:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Review inbound applications for multiple clients
- Source candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and referral networks
- Conduct phone screens and/or video interviews and manage interview logistics
- Draft job postings, coordinate hiring team feedback, and keep candidate pipelines organized
- Create offer letters and assist with compensation discussions and negotiations
- Communicate directly with candidates and client teams in a clear, professional, people-first manner
HR Operations
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination with client teams
- Maintain HR files, databases, and HRIS entries across multiple systems
- Assist HR Project Managers with ongoing HR tasks, compliance follow-through, and day-to-day client needs
- Support creation and refinement of HR documents such as policies, handbooks, templates, and audit checklists
- Exercise exceptional judgment and protect confidentiality while working across sensitive employee matters
Project Management
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and task assignments across 8–15 active client projects
- Schedule meetings, trainings, and interviews; manage calendars and logistics
- Keep client projects organized in Asana, ensuring follow-through and timely completion
- Quickly adapt and transition between different client cultures, priorities, and work environments
- Stay flexible and comfortable shifting focus to support fast-moving client needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of HR or recruiting experience (consulting or multi-client experience a strong plus)
- Desire to learn, grow, and build a career within a scaling HR consulting organization
- Hands-on sourcing + phone screening experience (required)
- Project management experience or comfort managing multiple workflows (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize amidst shifting needs
- Ability to manage and track multiple systems, workflows, and client processes simultaneously
- Clear communication, confidentiality, sound judgment, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, HRIS tools (ADP, Rippling, TriNet, Gusto), Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Asana, Slack, and Zoom

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $25–$28 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Remote; hours determined with the right candidate
- Monthly Stipend: Internet/phone reimbursement
- PTO: 1 week annually (2 weeks when full-time)
