- Support the Talent Acquisition Operations Support (TAOS) team by serving as the primary HR point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process in a fully remote environment.
- Coordinate and administer end-to-end recruiting activities, including candidate communication, scheduling, offer letter creation, onboarding documentation, and hiring process support.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring clear communication at every stage of recruitment.
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of recruitment cases using case management systems while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to provide operational and administrative support that enables smooth and timely hiring processes.
- Assist with service center operations and support recruitment-related phone and email traffic as needed, while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail and confidentiality.
