The Role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring top talent acquisition.
- Develop and conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs.
- Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on HR matters, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR system audits (HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 2-3 years of HR experience.
- Strong understanding of Federal and local labor laws.
- Proficiency in administering HRIS systems; SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Competitive annual salary between $72,000.00 and $85,000.00, with bonus eligibility.
