Job Summary:

As a Human Resources Associate specializing in Recruitment and Onboarding, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with various departments, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences.

You will also assist the HRBP team with the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions; and auditing current job descriptions.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to attract candidates, including job boards, websites, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Conduct backgound checks, employment screenings, and e-verify requirements.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


Onboarding:

  • Coordinate onboarding process to welcome new employees and integrate them into the company culture.
  • Assist with new hire orientation sessions and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Provide guidance and support to new hires during their initial weeks to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Gather feedback from new employees to enhance the onboarding experience and address any areas for improvement.


Compliance and Documentation:

  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare reports and metrics to track recruitment and onboarding effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.

Offboarding:

  • Assist with analyzing exit interview data to identify trends and areas for organizational improvement.
  • Maintain documentation related to offboarding procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
