Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple industries using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess cultural fit, and match candidates to client requirements with precision and speed.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job brief analysis to offer negotiation ensuring 100% client and candidate satisfaction.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, social selling, and targeted sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with account managers and hiring managers to refine role requirements and improve hiring outcomes.
- Track metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate experience) and report on performance using recruitment analytics tools.
