About the Role
Corbey is a fast-growing HR Tech startup on a mission to HR Operations and employment compliance. As we scale, we're looking for a curious, data-driven Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role you will be working on our clients’ cases — mapping, analysing, and continuously improving HR their processes and work on our core product.
What You'll Do
- Design scalable processes for Corbey agents and automations aligned with best practices and business objectives
- Work closely with clients to identify their needs, bottlenecks, redundancies and compliance gaps and propose practical solutions
- Translate HR policies and operational procedures into structured workflow logic suitable for automation and AI-agent orchestration
- Design approval flows, exception handling paths, and human-in-the-loop escalation logic across employee lifecycle processes
- Standardize reusable workflow patterns across multiple client environments to support scalable agent deployments
- Act as product owner for assigned product features, defining vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure solutions meet operational and strategic needs
- Balance clients needs, technical feasibility, compliance requirements, and cost considerations.
What We're Looking For
- Mid- to senior-level experience as a business analyst or product manager working on HR products or platforms.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major HRIS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Hibob, Personio, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid understanding of core HR operational processes (hire-to-retire, payroll inputs, operational HR, compliance reporting)
- Experience documenting workflows using BPMN, service blueprints, or swimlane diagrams
- Strong technical savvy, including knowledge of AI tools and capabilities
